Questions & answers

NeoAudit, explained without the jargon.

Learn what the audit checks, what the scores mean, which improvements to make first, and how NeoAudit handles your reports.

What is NeoAudit?

NeoAudit is a website health check by NeoWeb. It reviews one public page for search visibility, mobile usability, speed, accessibility, AI readiness, trust, social sharing, and basic protection, then explains what to improve in plain language.

Can I audit any website?

You can audit a public website that you own, manage, or have permission to review. NeoAudit cannot access private pages, password-protected areas, local networks, or pages that block automated access.

How long does an audit take?

Most audits take about 10 to 35 seconds. NeoAudit checks the page and supporting files, samples a few links, and asks Google to run a mobile Lighthouse speed test. The Google test usually takes the longest.

What does the NeoAudit score mean?

The score summarizes nine areas of website quality on a 0–100 scale. Use it as a clear starting point, not as a promise of rankings or sales. The category scores and Top priorities section show where improvement will matter most.

Why is the score different from Google PageSpeed?

Google PageSpeed reports a mobile performance score. NeoAudit combines speed with eight other areas, including search visibility, accessibility, mobile setup, trust, and AI readiness. The report keeps the Google mobile score separate so you can compare the right numbers.

What should I fix first?

Start with the Top priorities section. It highlights the most important failed or incomplete checks and explains the next action. Fix those items, publish the changes, and run the audit again.

Can NeoAudit tell whether AI systems can find my website?

NeoAudit checks public GEO and AEO signals such as crawler access, clear page meaning, useful answers, business details, headings, and structured data. These are real readiness checks, but no public audit can guarantee that an AI system will mention or cite a website.

Will a high score improve my Google rankings?

A stronger website foundation can help search engines and visitors, but a high NeoAudit score does not guarantee rankings, traffic, or sales. Google uses many signals that a public one-page audit cannot measure.

Are my reports private?

NeoAudit does not require an account. Up to 10 completed reports are stored in this browser on this device and are not automatically synced. You can delete them from History or save a PDF or JSON copy.

Can NeoWeb help fix the problems?

Yes. NeoAudit gives you the findings and recommended actions, and NeoWeb can help improve or rebuild the website when you want hands-on support. Visiting NeoWeb is optional and opens a separate website.
